Product Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

Carrot is looking for a motivated and collaborative Product Marketing Manager who is eager to shape the value and voice of our products in a dynamic environment.

In Short

• Build foundational knowledge of Carrot’s products and industry.
• Stay up-to-date on trends and competitive landscape to inform product marketing activities.
• Conduct basic research to support positioning, messaging, and GTM activities.
• Draft and manage clear, actionable project plans for launches and campaigns.
• Develop clear, customer-focused positioning and messaging for feature and product launches.
• Translate technical features into compelling stories for diverse audiences.
• Plan and execute product/feature launches in partnership with Product, Sales, and broader Marketing.
• Create and update key enablement materials (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, demo scripts).
• Support the maintenance and testing of Carrot’s demo environments.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to deliver unified product marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, with exposure to technology, health, or benefits industries.
• Demonstrated ability to execute marketing plans and product launches.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to different audiences.
• Experience working cross-functionally (e.g., Product, Sales, Customer Success).
• Proven organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects to completion.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
