Overview

As a Claims Processor at Carrot, you will be responsible for reviewing member out-of-pocket expenses and collaborating with various teams to ensure an exceptional member experience.

In Short

• Review incoming member out-of-pocket expenses.
• Collaborate with Care, Customer Success, and Finance teams.
• Work shifts: 4:00 am-1:00 pm, 6:00 am-3:00 pm, or 1:00 pm-10:00 pm CST.
• Focus on member reimbursement requests.
• Ensure quick and accurate payment facilitation.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Fluent in German for document translation.
• Support a diverse member population.

• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
