In Short

  • Provide technical support for HVAC products.
  • Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations.
  • Coordinate with customer service and sales teams.
  • Travel up to 25% domestically.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external contacts.
  • Maintain warranty and non-warranty issues.
  • Prepare training projects based on customer needs.
  • Ensure timely resolution of complex issues.
  • Must be highly motivated and organized.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years in light commercial/commercial HVAC service experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve customer complaints.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and SalesForce.com is a plus.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ownership.
  • Capable of making immediate decisions to resolve problems.
