Overview

As a Jr/Mid Account Executive at cargo.one, you will be responsible for managing a specific region and a portfolio of customers, aiming to grow the customer base and enhance productivity for local freight forwarders.

In Short

  • Take ownership of the growth in your region by selling cargo.one pro to local freight forwarder teams.
  • Carry a quota and drive sales deals full-cycle, from initial call to demo to closing.
  • Work with product and marketing teams to improve the product and facilitate rapid expansion.
  • Be the voice of freight forwarders in your region and collaborate with the product team.
  • Represent cargo.one as an entrepreneurial ambassador.
  • Build strong relationships with local freight forwarders.
  • Ensure competitive offerings and collaborate with local partners for the best customer experience.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
  • An entrepreneurial drive with decision-making ability in challenging environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to thinking.
  • Willingness to embrace uncertainty and adaptability.
  • Strong growth mentality and bias for action.
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility regarding work location.
  • Ability to learn and accept feedback.
  • Native proficiency in English.
