Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
Entrepreneurial drive with decision-making ability in challenging environments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and structured thinking.
Willingness to accept uncertainty and show high adaptability.
Growth mentality and action-oriented.
Willingness to travel and flexibility regarding the workplace.
Fluent in English and native-level German.
