Overview

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a specific region and customer portfolio, aiming to grow our customer base and strengthen relationships with local freight forwarders.

In Short

  • Responsible for growth in your region by selling cargo.one pro to local freight teams.
  • Meet quotas and drive sales closures through the entire cycle, from the first call to closing.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to enhance product and marketing campaigns.
  • Be the voice of freight forwarders in your region and work with the product team to meet their needs.
  • Represent cargo.one in your region as an entrepreneurial ambassador.
  • Build strong relationships with local freight forwarders.
  • Ensure our offerings are competitive and work with local partners for the best customer experience.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial drive with decision-making ability in challenging environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and structured thinking.
  • Willingness to accept uncertainty and show high adaptability.
  • Growth mentality and action-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility regarding the workplace.
  • Fluent in English and native-level German.
