Overview

The Account Executive for National Accounts is responsible for enhancing sales and increasing profits within BD’s UCC HomeCare Portfolio by working closely with the National Account Manager Team and key decision-makers in targeted accounts.

In Short

  • Support the National Account Manager Team to achieve revenue goals.
  • Manage major accounts and generate sales in managed facilities across the U.S.
  • Coordinate and manage targeted accounts to drive sales of urology products.
  • Conduct analysis and monitoring of growth/loss by dealers and providers.
  • Work with field reps to grow the Homecare urology portfolio.
  • Attend tradeshows and conferences for Long Term care and distributors.
  • Responsible for performance metrics and growth within territories.
  • Engage with C-Level and local KDMs to grow the BD brand.
  • Travel required up to 80% or more.
  • Remote position based in the West Coast of the U.S.

Requirements

  • BA/BS from a 4-year college or university.
  • Experience in outside sales with a record of sales success.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Salesforce.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple overnight trips per week.
  • High level of business acumen and understanding of customer opportunities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in healthcare or medical technology is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
