In Short

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely product availability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure right inventory levels for Careem Groceries.
• Conduct regular reviews with suppliers to assess performance.
• Resolve supplier issues and disputes efficiently.
• Create and maintain delivery schedules for inventory transfer.
• Ensure timely returns of damaged and expired items.
• Maintain master-data for all SKUs accurately.
• Follow up on non-delivered items and improve fill-rates.
• Manage promotional stock transfers effectively.

Requirements

• Passionate commitment to improving lives and focus on excellence.
• At least 2+ years of experience in a supply chain role.
• Bachelor's in Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain or Operations Management is a plus.
• Strong analytical capabilities and mastery of Excel required.
• Grittiness and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• High attention to detail and speed of execution.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with suppliers.
• Self-starter with the ability to investigate and gather data.
