Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of loan processing experience.
• Familiarity with mortgage documents.
• Exceptional computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work within a team structure.
• Knowledge of RESPA, FHLMC, FNMA, FHA, and VA guidelines.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Working knowledge of Google Applications is a plus.
