Overview

The Clinical Program Consultant will serve as the organization's subject matter expert in virtual care program design, implementation, and optimization, focusing on improving patient management and care outcomes.

In Short

• Part-time independent contractor role with 20-29 hours per week.
• Responsible for program development and optimization in virtual care management.
• Establish and standardize best practices and workflows.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for programs.

Requirements

• Significant experience in virtual care management programs.
• Strong understanding of CMS guidelines and compliance.
• Experience in program development and performance metrics.
• Proven ability to analyze data for operational improvements.
• Experience in training and mentoring care management teams.
• Preferred: Clinical background (RN, NP, or similar).
• Familiarity with digital health platforms.
