ClinChoice is searching for a Clinical Data Management Lead Consultant to join one of our clients in Hematology TA Team. This role requires both technical expertise and strategic leadership, ensuring high-quality data collection, processing, and reporting in compliance with global regulatory standards.

In Short

• Oversee and execute end-to-end clinical data management processes.
• Design, build, and maintain clinical trial databases using EDC systems.
• Perform data validation and query management.
• Ensure timely database lock and submission-ready datasets.
• Lead and mentor a team of Clinical Data Managers.
• Develop and implement data management SOPs and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Drive the adoption of risk-based monitoring approaches.
• Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies for data analytics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills required.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 15+ years in Clinical Data Management.
• Expertise in oncology clinical trials and cell therapy protocols.
• Proven experience with EDC systems.
• Strong knowledge of CDISC standards and regulatory submission requirements.
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, R, or Python is a plus.
• Ability to balance hands-on execution with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
