RWE Portfolio/Project Manager Consultant - Remote

Overview

ClinChoice is searching for a RWE Portfolio/Project Manager Consultant-Remote to join one of our clients. This role offers the opportunity to work directly for a single sponsor while benefiting from the security and career opportunities of a global CRO.

In Short

• Manage the RWE project portfolio in Wrike.
• Monitor portfolio documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Serve as a Wrike ambassador for the team.
• Drive process improvements and advocate for changes.
• Manage the Methods Review Board (MRB) process.
• Ensure compliance for RRAMS projects.
• Support development and delivery of trainings and documentation.
• Coordinate team meetings and events.
• Provide additional coordination and administrative support.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in project and portfolio management.
• Proficiency in Wrike or similar project management tools.
• Experience with compliance and quality processes.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience in change management and process improvements.
• Event planning and coordination experience is a plus.
