Requirements

• Medical/Master’s degree with valid state license and national certification for Physician Assistants.
• RN license, NP certification, and valid state license for Nurse Practitioners.
• Valid, unrestricted medical and DEA licenses.
• Ability to treat patients of all ages.
• DOT Certification required prior to start date.
