Solution Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Solution Engineer at Carbmee will collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth customer onboarding and integration of ERP data into the Carbmee platform, focusing on technical implementations and data management.

In Short

• Own the end-to-end implementation process for customer onboarding.
• Analyze customer ERP data and guide data integration.
• Handle data transformations and imports to meet requirements.
• Implement datasets and manage data change requests.
• Develop structured project plans with key milestones.
• Provide hands-on support and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Continuously optimize implementation workflows.
• Communicate needs for data tools to Data Engineers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, data analysis, or project management.
• Proven project management expertise in fast-paced environments.
• Strong SaaS and data integration knowledge, especially with APIs.
• Hands-on experience with data imports and transformations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
• Collaborative team player across distributed teams.
• Excellent English skills; German is a plus.
• Passionate about sustainability and carbon emissions management.
• Excited to work in a hybrid environment in Berlin or Munich.
