Data & AI Consultant (All Levels) - Remote

Overview

As a Data & AI Consultant at carbmee, you will tackle complex data challenges in customer environments, focusing on transforming operational data into actionable environmental intelligence through AI-powered solutions.

In Short

• Own end-to-end data and AI workstreams within enterprise customer deployments.
• Engage with customer data, IT, and sustainability teams to understand their data environments.
• Build and deploy AI-powered pipelines for emissions data collection and carbon footprint calculation.
• Develop and fine-tune machine learning models to enhance emissions data accuracy.
• Integrate carbmee EIS™ with ERP systems and third-party data sources.
• Transform complex enterprise datasets for integration with carbmee's data model.
• Translate model outputs into executive-ready insights for decarbonization decisions.
• Feed data and AI learnings back to improve the EIS™ platform.

Requirements

• Strong data engineering foundation in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with machine learning and applied AI in production contexts.
• Comfort working with messy enterprise data.
• Understanding of ERP systems and data structures.
• Ability to work with engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• Passion for sustainability and decarbonization.
