Overview

CaptivateIQ is seeking a customer-focused and results-oriented Project Manager to lead complex SaaS implementations for enterprise clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and high-impact outcomes.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of multiple customer implementation projects.
• Create and manage detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resource assignments, and budgets.
• Establish trusted relationships with customer stakeholders to align on goals and expectations.
• Manage ongoing communications and status reporting, ensuring transparency.
• Identify and mitigate project risks using structured approaches.
• Maintain documentation such as risk logs, change control records, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of project management experience in SaaS implementations, professional services, or enterprise software deployments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to understand SaaS solutions, data integration concepts, and enterprise IT environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach.
