Data Architect - Remote

Overview

Join CaptivateIQ’s Integration Solutions team as a Data Architect focused on building and supporting integrations between our platform and critical external systems. This is a customer-facing role centered on implementation, not core product or platform engineering.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end implementation of advanced integrations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for integration escalations.
• Partner with Sales, Presales, Product, and Engineering.
• Troubleshoot SSO, SCIM, and system-based integrations directly with customers.
• Set up automations and native connectors as needed.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing.
• Stay current with product changes and enhance internal tooling.
• Script and automate manual workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on integration experience.
• Strong SQL skills for managing table lifecycles.
• Familiarity with REST APIs.
• Experience with semi-structured data formats.
• Basic scripting ability in Python or JavaScript.
• Clear communicator able to explain technical concepts.
• Proactive and adaptable team player.
