Senior Automated QA Engineer (Playwright) - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Automation QA Engineer who will own the Playwright-based automation strategy and build a stable, scalable testing framework to ensure comprehensive automated test coverage for over 50 marketing landing page projects.

In Short

• Maintain and extend existing Playwright-based automated tests for landing page projects.
• Develop new UI, functional, and cross-browser automated scenarios based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with manual QA to transform existing checklists into automated coverage.
• Review and improve the structure and stability of current tests.
• Optimize test suites for performance and scalability across 50+ active projects.
• Work closely with designers and frontend teams to integrate automation feedback.
• Analyze failed tests and troubleshoot root causes.
• Contribute to refining the automation strategy alongside other automation engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA, including 3+ years in test automation.
• Expert-level experience with Playwright.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience automating UI, functional, and cross-browser testing.
• Experience testing responsive and adaptive layouts.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working on dynamic projects.
• Familiarity with code review practices.
• Experience with AI-powered tools for test automation.
• Basic understanding of API testing.
