IT Engineer - Remote

Overview

As an IT Engineer at Judi Health, you will be responsible for administering and engineering solutions in our platforms, managing internal IAM, email, documents, and endpoints. You will collaborate with the IT Security team to implement security requirements and assist with incident investigation.

In Short

• Act as the final escalation point for the Helpdesk team.
• Drive strategic solutions to resolve recurring user issues.
• Interface with internal teams to promote best practices.
• Leverage MDM tools to enhance user experience.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding workflows in our SSO solution.
• Evaluate new software solutions with internal partners.
• Drive deployment of new systems as needed.
• Write documentation for end users.
• Participate in off-hours support of IT systems.
• Ensure adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct.

Requirements

• 4+ Years as an IT Engineer/Systems Administrator.
• Customer-oriented approach to problem resolution.
• Experience managing user provisioning workflows in a major SSO solution.
• Experience driving solutions via any MDM suite.
• Experience with Office 365 suite.
• Experience supporting Mac hardware/OSX in a Help Desk environment.
• Experience supporting remote users in a distributed environment.
• Experience with AWS is preferred.
• Ability to script in bash, Powershell, or Python is strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
