We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workforce Consultant to join our team at Capgemini and provide strategic workforce management solutions to a Top Ten Insurance Carrier.

• Collaborate with HR and Business leaders to understand strategic goals.
• Perform in-depth data analysis and develop workforce analytics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in workforce consulting or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Successful track record in delivering workforce strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
• Advanced MS Excel including VBA.
• Proficient in Excel, R, Python with HR analytics experience.
