Overview

The Advising Support Representative is responsible for creating a high-quality experience for learners throughout their experience at Capella University by providing support through various communication channels.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a professional setting.
  • High school diploma required; some college preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle complex customer resolution issues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs and travel as needed.
