Overview

Capco is strengthening its Finance, Risk & Compliance (FRC) division and is looking for Senior Consultants in Paris to assist clients with regulatory and organizational transformation related to credit risk.

In Short

• Support clients in regulatory compliance project management.
• Participate in inspections and supervisory exercises.
• Implement and optimize credit risk management frameworks.
• Redesign credit granting processes and risk reporting.
• Engage in community activities related to risk management.
• Work with financial institutions on transformation topics.
• Contribute to regulatory reporting setup.
• Collaborate with an international network of consultants.
• Maintain excellent relationships and teamwork.

Requirements

• Expertise in banking and finance transformation.
• Knowledge of regulations like IRRBB, NDOD, ALM, IFRS9.
• Experience in regulatory reporting (Corep, Finrep).
• Minimum 5 years in consulting or project management.
• Master's degree in business or engineering.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
• Flexibility and creativity in problem-solving.
• Willingness to work internationally.
• Experience in liquidity and solvency model review.
