Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in developing distributed web applications on JVM.
• Experience in architectural changes and problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to foster positive relationships between stakeholders and engineers.
• Experience guiding and mentoring engineers.
• Expert in asynchronous or reactive programming techniques.
• Deep knowledge of concurrency, data structures, and distributed systems.
• Experience with large distributed cloud environments (ideally AWS).
• Experience with RPC Frameworks like gRPC is a plus.
• Knowledge of modern networking protocols such as HTTP/2 and WebSockets.
