Requirements

• 10+ years of experience developing distributed web applications on the JVM.
• Experience with architectural changes and creative problem-solving.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in guiding and mentoring engineers.
• Expert in asynchronous or reactive programming techniques.
• Deep knowledge of computer science fundamentals.
• Experience working in large distributed cloud environments.
• Experience with RPC frameworks like gRPC is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of modern networking protocols.
