Senior Engineering Manager - Visual Suite Platform - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you'll work closely with leaders across specialties, teams, and groups to set a vision, and rally teams to deliver it. You'll develop & implement strategies that take advantage of our teams strengths to maximise efficiency and velocity.

Requirements

• Proven success in leading multiple squads of engineers.
• Ability to run multiple streams of work across the organization.
• Experience delivering a product from early stages to full launch.
• Experience in large distributed cloud environments (ideally AWS).
• Commercial experience in software development, ideally with SDKs or APIs.
• Strong computer science and engineering fundamentals.
• Passion for performance debugging and benchmarking.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
