Requirements

• Extensive experience leading platform engineering teams in multimedia or video rendering domains.
• Deep knowledge of video codecs, rendering pipelines, and cross-platform systems.
• Proven track record managing large engineering organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
• A passion for fostering engineering excellence.
