Overview

As a Specifications Coordinator III, you serve as a vital technical resource within project teams, helping to ensure that design intent is accurately translated into documentation that meets performance, regulatory, and client standards.

In Short

• Assemble and organize Project Manuals for multiple projects.
• Set up project in Specpoint and manage project team communication.
• Work closely with project specification writer for formatting and packaging.
• Perform QA/QC review checks on project manuals.
• Participate in weekly specification group workload meetings.
• Monitor and update project statuses in the specification app.
• Mentor Specification Coordinator II's.
• Assist with master template updates.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Understand deliverable requirements by phase.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in Administrative support required.
• Prior experience in the A/E/C industry preferred.
• CSI Certification is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced changes.
• Time management and resource management skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-checking ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam required.
