Senior Project Architect I - Remote

Overview

The successful candidate will serve as leader of authority with expert level knowledge, responsible for leading the development, assembly and quality oversight of a project's technical documentation for large, complex projects or multiple smaller projects, ensuring an integrated set of deliverables and verifying compliance through team collaboration.

In Short

• Manage and monitor the integrated quality review processes for the project for all disciplines.
• Meet regularly with multiple project and firm-wide leaders to coordinate critical information on project status and potential risk.
• Develop and implement technical leadership strategies for continuous proactive quality engagement.
• Work with project leadership to schedule and coordinate staffing for quality reviews.
• Engage in project Risk Assessment processes and communicate project-related issues.
• Guide the team in developing the Project Quality Plan and updates.
• Review and guide the planning of phase drawing document deliverables.
• Implement the firm's technical document standards and CA policies.
• Monitor the progress of coordination of all disciplines.
• Participate in Business Development activities.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 12 years of related professional experience with significant healthcare project experience.
• Current Architectural Registration in the United States required.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Strong subject matter expertise and business acumen.
• Demonstrated focus on quality and strong technical leadership.
• Ability to be client-facing with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with Revit, Bluebeam, and construction management software.
