Marketing Specialist, West Region - Remote

This position may be filled anywhere in the United States but will be supporting our West region, including our Denver, Irvine, Los Angeles, Portland, San Diego, and Seattle offices. 

In Short

• Lead and support the development of proposal materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing teammates and other teams.
• Assist in production tasks on complex pursuits.
• Support local/regional marketing activities.
• Develop strong knowledge of the firm’s portfolio.
• Provide marketing research for strategy.
• Maintain and update Salesforce for clients and pursuits.
• Participate in external marketing activities.
• Establish trusted relationships with pursuit leaders.
• May perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications required.
• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
• Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and/or Construction industry preferred.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and innovative.
• Strong time and project management skills.
• Fundamental abilities in strategy, design, and writing.
• Proficiency with InDesign, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint, Sharepoint, Open Asset, and Miro is a plus.

• Salary range of $52,600 to $72,000 annually.
