Overview

The successful candidate will be a high level specialist and will perform in a Project Architect role, responsible for leading the development of all technical aspects and content for large, complex projects or multiple smaller projects, coordinating work with all disciplines to ensure an integrated set of deliverables, and verifying compliance through team collaboration.

In Short

  • Manage critical path process to lead project team through all technical and production aspects from initial stages of pre-design through project completion.
  • Lead engagement with the Project Quality Leader for project support.
  • Integrate and develop all technical aspects of the work.
  • Work with Project Manager to maintain work and labor plans.
  • Contribute to Project Risk Assessment process.
  • Guide Project Architects in developing Project Quality Plans.
  • Review documentation strategy for each phase of the project.
  • Collaborate with Project Designer to align design aspirations with client goals.
  • Lead the translation of project design intent through documentation.
  • Monitor project documentation for compliance with obligations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
  • Minimum 10 years of related professional experience required.
  • Previous experience on large, complex projects.
  • Current Architectural Registration in the United States required.
  • CDT and LEED accreditation preferred.
  • Strong focus on quality and knowledge of building codes.
  • Must possess business acumen and strong client leadership skills.
  • Strong technical leadership skills for production team.
  • Must be capable of leading and mentoring less experienced staff.
  • Familiarity with Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software.
