Overview

A Project Architect with AOA is responsible for the complete development and delivery of architectural projects, ensuring efficient execution and client satisfaction.

In Short

Lead the development and delivery of architectural projects.
Coordinate project efforts and serve as the primary client liaison.
Ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, and scope of work.
Collaborate with consulting engineers and design professionals.
Perform QA/QC reviews of design documentation.
Manage internal team tasks and milestones effectively.
Present design solutions to clients and internal teams.
Provide creative solutions within budget constraints.
Maintain quality and accuracy under deadlines.
8+ years of professional experience in relevant project types.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of professional experience.
Experience with Themed Entertainment, Public Assembly, or Hospitality projects.
Licensure preferred.
Knowledge of Building and Accessibility codes.
NAAB-accredited degree.
Software experience in Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Clash Detection and Resolution experience.
Ability to manage time and tasks effectively.
Presentation skills are essential.
Knowledge of construction methods and technical detailing.
