Design Leader II - Commercial Market - Remote

Overview

This role requires a creative leader with a strong background in design to implement innovative practices in the Commercial market while nurturing office culture and promoting design excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture required.
• 15 years minimum experience in a design leadership role.
• Current US Architectural Registration preferred.
• Additional accreditation such as LEED preferred.
• Strong design portfolio with recognition in design awards.
• Excellent oral presentation and storytelling skills.
• Ability to understand and execute business strategy.
• Professional acumen and maturity in communication.
• Willingness to travel as required.
