Overview

Canary Technologies is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their globally distributed Property Management System (PMS) Integrations Engineering team, focusing on the successful delivery of integrations that enhance their hospitality platform.

In Short

• Manage multiple concurrent integration projects with external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams on the integration roadmap.
• Facilitate communication and establish clear milestones.
• Create and maintain comprehensive integration documentation.
• Identify and remove blockers impacting delivery timelines.
• Work with stakeholders across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions.
• 2+ years of project management experience in a tech environment.
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data synchronization.
• Experience with product management tools like Jira or Asana.
• Ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on schedule.
• Solid communication skills for translating technical concepts.
• Experience managing multiple projects and resource allocation.
• Experience in hospitality technology or PMS/hotel systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• PMP or similar certification is a bonus.
• Experience managing vendor relationships or B2B partnerships.
• Experience with OKR planning and execution.
