Overview

Join our Contact Centre team as a Fraud Agent in our Credit Cards Department and make a real difference for our clients by ensuring service excellence and investigating potential fraud.

In Short

  • Answer incoming calls from Visa and Mastercard credit card clients.
  • Identify and analyze client transactions for potential fraud.
  • Conduct investigations to mitigate fraud losses.
  • Work independently in a private workspace.
  • Maintain excellent call quality with a stable internet connection.
  • Flexible availability for shifts including evenings and weekends.
  • Document all actions and resolutions taken during investigations.
  • Engage with clients to build long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with CIBC partners for data compilation and resolution.
  • Embrace change and adapt to new tasks effectively.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Experience in fraud prevention is an asset.
  • Bilingual in French/English is an asset.
  • Ability to adapt to changes positively.
  • Wired internet connection with minimum speed requirements.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Willingness to participate in assessments and tests.
