The Student Success Coach at Campus is responsible for guiding students through their college journey, providing support in academic and personal challenges while ensuring accountability and progress.

In Short

• Build long-term relationships with students through coaching sessions.
• Conduct proactive outreach via phone, text, and chat.
• Coach students through personal and academic challenges.
• Help students break down big goals into actionable steps.
• Track student progress using various dashboards.
• Document notes clearly and consistently.
• Manage a caseload of 50-75 students.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Onboarding teams.
• Adapt to changing tools and processes.
