Overview

The Career & Transfer Coordinator (Outcomes Engineer) will support Associates of Business students in their academic and career transitions, focusing on transfer opportunities and workforce readiness.

In Short

• Provide one-on-one coaching and advising to students on career + university transfer pathways
• Track student progress through the Campus “Outcomes Accelerator”
• Coordinate with educational partners and employers
• Design and deliver impactful workshops
• Develop and manage career resources for students

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience working with high school or young adults
• Experience in creating and facilitating engaging workshops
• Understanding of the higher-education landscape
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments
• Strong organizational skills and empathy
