• Handle refunds and transfer requests on a day-to-day basis.
• Engage with customers to resolve concerns and improve satisfaction.
• Handle chargeback cases promptly.
• Work in the CRM to track cases and maintain reports.
• Review and address missing tickets.
• Attend weekly production meetings.
• Manage customer complaints effectively.
• Handle the Welcome Back Credits process.
• Hold monthly cross-functional meetings.
• Assist with additional operational tasks.
