Program Partner - Remote

Overview

The Program Partner will work with the VP of Program to deliver a best-in-class accelerator experience for entrepreneurs of color and women, coaching and mentoring a portfolio of fellows while assisting in program implementation and development.

In Short

• Coach and mentor a portfolio of entrepreneurs.
• Facilitate workshops and sessions for fellows.

Requirements

• Experience in coaching and mentoring, especially for underrepresented entrepreneurs.
• Proven ability in workshop and event facilitation.
• Experience in curriculum development for entrepreneurship programs.
• Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
• Project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• Commitment to equity and social entrepreneurship.
• Collaborative teamwork experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
