In Short

• Lead Calyxo’s medical education strategy, overseeing the development and execution of training programs.
• Hire, coach, and develop Regional Clinical Development Managers (RCDMs) and Clinical Specialists.
• Drive integration of regional teams into broader Marketing and Product Development initiatives.
• Initiate and execute the U.S. Clinical Education Strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in medical device education and training.
• At least 5 years of proven success in developing and managing medical education programs.
• Strong medical background with a deep understanding of procedure-based training.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present information clearly.
