Overview

The Clinical Specialist is a focused individual who has a passion for patient care and physician and staff education. This role involves proctoring cases, training surgical teams, and managing inventory needs while providing clinical product assistance.

In Short

• Provide clinical case coverage as assigned
• Train the surgical team to assist in good patient outcomes
• Maintain and prepare equipment and kits for surgery
• Troubleshoot equipment according to standard procedure
• Provide intra-operative clinical product support
• Assist in the delivery of procedural training
• Support sales and marketing initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Other duties as assigned
• Willingness to travel up to 80%

Requirements

• Clinical experience
• Industry experience (1-3 years) preferred
• Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Ability to provide intraoperative procedural guidance
• Experience in surgical technique and sterile procedures
• Degree or certification in a medical-related field is highly desirable
• Compliance with vaccination rules
