As a Lead Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping and refining the user experience of our consumer app. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to craft intuitive, engaging and usually compelling user experiences that drive acquisition, engagement and retention.

Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions, continuously measuring the impact of your work.
Balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of execution.
Maintain a strong attention to detail during engineering implementation, ensuring high-quality execution through collaboration with development and QA teams.

Requirements

A seasoned designer with 5+ years of experience in UX and UI design for consumer mobile apps.
Proficient in modern design tools such as Figma, Zeplin, and Principle.
A strong advocate for accessibility, consistency, and high-quality user experiences.
A collaborative partner, experienced in working closely with Product Managers, Researchers, and Engineers to ship effective product solutions.
Comfortable presenting and articulating design rationale to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Able to incorporate both qualitative and quantitative research insights into your design process.
Ideally, have experience with motion design, prototyping, and visual storytelling to create engaging user experiences.
Experience working within or contributing to a design system.
