Calix is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director to lead the Products Organization’s Program Management Office (PMO), overseeing Technical Program Managers, Release Management, and Portfolio Managers in a remote-based position.

• Lead and inspire a team of Technical Program Managers and Release Managers.
• Oversee large-scale technical programs spanning cloud software and networking hardware.

• Implement risk management and compliance frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Deep experience in networking and cloud technology sectors.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Expertise in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications in PMP, AWS, or Google Cloud preferred.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven network optimization is a plus.
