Overview

The HR intern will offer hands-on experience in various areas of HR, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. The HR Intern will work closely with professionals passionate about supporting people and building a strong workplace culture.

In Short

  • Collaborate with HR team members and business stakeholders to complete assigned projects/tasks.
  • Support ongoing job description project, updating and auditing job descriptions.
  • Assist in coordinating interviews and contacting applicants.
  • Research industry trends and summarize findings.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Review timesheet correction forms.
  • Track harassment training for new hires.
  • Create forms highlighting company culture.
  • Handle other projects and assignments as requested.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Strength in interpersonal dynamics and team support.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of managing initiatives and adapting priorities.
