HR Intern - Remote

Overview

As an HR Intern, you will assist the HR team with various administrative tasks, gaining valuable exposure to different aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, talent relations, and more.

In Short

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing new talent paperwork, assisting with orientation, and helping to ensure a smooth integration for new talent.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date talent records in our HR systems.
• Help organize and execute talent engagement activities and events.
• Assist in drafting HR-related documents, such as policies, procedures, and memos.
• Participate in HR projects focused on improving internal processes and company culture.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed, providing support to the HR team.
