Create engaging content for our employer branding strategy on Linkedin and campus.
Be the advocate of the best onboarding process for our newbies.
Stay up to date on industry trends, different companies' people and culture strategies and share best practices with the team.

Requirements

Study and/or work experience in leading educational institutions, preferably graduated from Sociology, Psychology, Psychological Guiding etc.
Strong ownership, willingness to take on challenges and solve problems.
Bring new ideas and enthusiasm to the team.
