Overview

As a Senior Technical Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Calabrio's Business Intelligence solutions. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative BI solutions that drive business value.

• Prioritize and maintain a well-groomed product backlog.

• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and gather feedback.
• Leverage data analytics to drive product decisions.
• Create standardized BI and reporting assets for customers.
• Lead customer training for Calabrio’s BI tools.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• Strong background in Business Intelligence.
• Understanding of Cloud Data Architecture and Data Warehousing.
• Experience in product design and project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of contact center operations preferred.
• Experience with WFM, ACD, IVR technologies.
• Familiarity with CRM and Business Intelligence platforms.
