Lead Tenable Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Lead Tenable Engineer will provide technical leadership to an IT Systems Engineering team supporting the Department of the Air Force, focusing on the implementation of a new Tenable architecture.

In Short

• Lead the technical implementation of Tenable architecture for DAF.
• Execute as Senior Engineer for Tenable ACAS Solution.
• Work with project management to develop project schedules.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in technical processes.
• Develop automation scripts and code efficiencies.
• Conduct investigations to resolve technical issues.
• Develop and present technical materials to stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day execution activities of the engineering team.
• Ensure compliance with security clearance requirements.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years of experience with ACAS Solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with Red Hat Linux.
• 1+ year of experience with Postgres Databases.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• CISSP or equivalent DoD 8140 certification preferred.
• Experience in briefing internal teams and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Proven ability to implement process improvements.
