Global Logistics Marketplace Senior Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Marketplace Specialist to lead the management and optimization of our marketplace, maximizing value for users and ensuring an efficient and scalable experience. This role involves designing growth strategies, analyzing key data, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and leading initiatives that enhance engagement, acquisition, and retention of key users (drivers and customers).

In Short

• Leading optimization strategies for key marketplace functions, including prioritization, pricing, and management tools to improve offer and allocation processes.
• Conducting detailed analysis of key users, segmenting by behavior and preferences to personalize marketing and engagement strategies.
• Collaborating with product and technology teams to prioritize developments that ensure scalability and alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinating with Marketing on multi-channel campaigns for driver acquisition, maximizing conversion and optimizing resource use.
• Developing and implementing revenue strategies, including pricing models and loyalty programs, balancing user satisfaction and profitability.
• Defining and monitoring key KPIs, generating reports and dashboards to evaluate the impact of strategies and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Professional in administrative or business careers (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Logistics).
• Leadership skills, strategic vision, growth mindset, and experience in managing cross-functional projects.
• Extensive experience in applied analysis to business problems (experience in SQL, Amplitude, and/or Tableau is valued).
• Ability to interpret company data and uncover key insights and growth opportunities.
• Knowledge in entrepreneurship, consulting, or operational strategy; experience in marketplace areas in other companies is a plus.
