HR Solution Center Representative - Tier 2 - Remote

Overview

The Tier Two HR Solution Center Representative is responsible for providing resolution to inquiries escalated by the Tier One Representative and performing administrative tasks related to HR services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of HR areas for case management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws preferred.
• Functional knowledge of Workday preferred.
