Territory Manager – Southern California - Remote

Champion your future with Tarkett Sports! We are seeking a Territory Manager, working remotely in the Southern California area of the United States. The Territory Manager will be responsible for promoting sales of FieldTurf Landscape Products by building and maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring satisfaction.

In Short

• Drive sales growth with Dealers, Distributors, and Direct customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients from initial contact through purchasing and follow-up.
• Plan sales strategies to increase sales.
• Create new business and develop existing business in the territory.
• Ensure dealers and distribution partners achieve their full potential.
• Promote products to local installers, contractors, dealers, and distributors.
• Use project tracking analysis tools & CRM systems.
• Represent FieldTurf Landscape at National and Regional Trade Shows.
• Forecast sales and manage territory budget.
• Conduct market research and analysis related to client needs.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing/construction sales.
• Experience in project tracking analysis tools and CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong customer focus and results orientation.
• Leadership and collaborative working abilities.
• Excellent analysis and decision-making skills.
• Interpersonal effectiveness and organizing/planning skills.
