Requirements

  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • 3+ years in sales, engineering, operations, or technical support.
  • Strong HVAC experience and knowledge.
  • Ability to mentor and develop engineering skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Experience with key metrics improvement.
  • Sense of urgency and ownership.
  • Proficiency with HAP or equivalent tools preferred.
